My Pawchella can not be held responsible for lost / damaged parcels. We send all our parcels tracked with Royal Mail, once your parcel is dispatched by us it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel.

When purchasing with My Pawchella you must acknowledge these conditions in the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail.

Our leads and accessories are NOT chew proof, items need to be out of reach or supervised.
Our rope leads are designed for light use, constant wear will reduce the life of the lead as these are not designed for heavy duty everyday use.
